Location: Texas
Salary: 200k – 250k
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, resources, and milestones.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Lead ground-up construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage the erection process, including the installation of structural components and equipment.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Implement effective cost control measures to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure construction meets industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections and collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any discrepancies.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
Provide leadership to on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Conduct regular team meetings to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a focus on ground-up construction and industrial plant erection.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
