They have $8M coming down the pipe and are continuing to build out their office in MA and establish an office in ME and NY. They are in their hype growth phase.

Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for:
Leading and managing Grocery store remodel construction projects from start through completion
Understanding and implementing construction principles, techniques and procedures
Read architectural/engineering plans and specifications
Reviewing Owner contract and becoming familiar with terms & conditions
Attending weekly project meetings as needed
Reviewing subcontractor change requests
Completing quantity take-offs as required
etc.

The Successful Applicant
The right Project Manager will have:
3+ years of relevant Project Manager experience working with a Commercial GC
MEP background is a plus
Experience working as a PM on restaurant & retail fit outs that have refrigeration cooling food storage etc.
Grocery Store project experience
Proficiency in Procore
Construction related Bachelors Degree
