Construction Project Manager

Our client in Bear, DE is seeking an experienced Site Construction Project Manager to join their team. This is a Direct Hire role. This position offers $85k-115k/year.

Essential Duties:

• Oversight of budget, development and management of project documentation, subcontractor contract management and project reporting
• Project scheduling, quality control and logistics
• RFP package development, trade contract and bid package preparation
• Ensuring pertinent construction information is provided to contractor and development team, participation in project meetings
• Ensuring the project's compliance with all permits, and obtaining occupancy permits

Qualifications & Skills:

• 10-15 years minimum experience managing large mixed-use civil construction projects
• 3-5 years minimum experience in pre-construction, estimating & strong background in project costs
• University or college degree and/or training in construction management engineering, land planning or related field
• Ability to organize and manage necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve designed results with consistent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
• Working knowledge of current market conditions including pricing conventions and trends
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills with a variety of software packages; ProCore Experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
