Construction Manager - Commercial Real Estate Development

We are looking for a talented Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager or Construction Manager with 3 or more years commercial construction experience that is ready to take on a new challenge and opportunity with a prominent Real Estate Developer.

This position will be responsible for working closely with the Director of Construction and the GC Project team to ensure every project is being managed and tracking on schedule and on or under budget. The responsibilities will include everything from exposure to the design and entitlement and permitting processes to estimating, pricing, subcontractor coordination, contract management, value engineering, change orders, RFI's, working with the local city and county and also working closely with the clients making sure the project is tracking per contract terms.

We are looking for someone with a solid foundation of Construction experience and 3-7 years of experience in Commercial Construction or Real Estate Development.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2-5 years' of relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills
