They are searching for a Construction Operations Manager to oversee installations of an accelerated way to build residential homes. This individual will be responsible for coordinating logistics and subcontractors as well as ensure quality and safety requirements are being met on the job site.
Responsibilities:
Oversee on-site install (ensuring quality and safety requirements are met)
Vendor management of logistics, crane operators, and subcontractors
Evaluate project sites to identify challenges and general project success
Requirements:
10+ years of on-site construction management experience
Experience negotiating with subcontractors and vendors
Deep understanding of jobsite safety
