Construction Manager

⚡ Role: Construction Manager

🌎 Location: South East US (Georgia, Alabama, Texas and Louisiana)

🔋 Cleantech (Solar)

💸 $70-130k

Storm4 is partnered with a female owned solar energy company, specializing in the development of C&I solar and energy storage projects across the US. They offer turnkey EPC solutions and are known for tackling challenging projects in the space. They have a strong pipeline with projects planned for the next 3 years.

They are building out their team in the South East of the US and they are looking for multiple construction managers to join their team. Previous experience in the construction space is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications.
• Oversee and manage subcontractors and construction crews.
• Maintain project documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols on all construction sites.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction management, preferably in the solar C&I space.
• Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills.
• Ability to travel to various project sites.
• A background in mechanical, electrical, solar, or roofing experience.
