Job Description
Job Summary: Key Job ResponsibilitiesThe Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the development of Planning, Design and Construction from inception through project close-out. The individual is responsible for directing and managing the Integrated Project Team, which consists of the outsourced Project architectural/engineering firm, general contractor, and assigned staff. The Executive Director will work in concert with the project managers, architects, resource accounting and support staff from initial project inception through successful project completion. The individual will also maintain close coordination with Enterprise Information Systems (EIS), Health and Safety, and any other departments required to successfully complete the Project.
