Job Details
Location: Washington, DC (ONI Facility)
Security Clearance: TS/SCI
Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with mastery of IAT Level I functions.
Certifications: IAT Level II
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain a configuration management database (CMDB) using tools like ServiceNow or BMC Atrium to track and report on configuration items.
Conduct configuration audits and baseline identification, utilizing configuration management tools such as GIT or Subversion for version control.
Lead Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, facilitating decision-making and ensuring that changes are properly documented and communicated.
Implement and monitor change management processes, using ITIL frameworks and tools like JIRA or ChangeGear to manage change requests and approvals.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure that configuration management practices are integrated into the development and deployment processes.
