Configuration Analyst

CONFIGURATION ANALYST:

Correctional Health Partners (CHP) specializes in customized third-party administrative (TPA) services. We are looking for a Configuration Analyst to be responsible for the management and maintenance of benefit configuration in the systems to support accurate and timely payment and adjudication of claims, benefit administration. Management and maintenance of medical code groups and code benefit set up. Positions in this function are responsible for the installation and administration of assigned contracts, including but not limited to: pricing analysis/design/structure, database and fee schedule loading, contracts and configuration of assigned pricing tasks. Position is also responsible for the overall processing, analysis and management of data loaded in the targeted payment systems, such as Plexis, ensuring pricing and contract terms and methodologies are accurate. Ensures work is achieved within company and departmental metrics and quality standards. May include auditing pricing loads for adherence to quality measurers and reporting standards. Supports CHP Claims operations through management of Payables Batches and adjudication runs. Creates, maintains and closes Payable Batches and adjudication runs on the schedules prescribed by CHP. Imports claims to the appropriate adjudication runs and performs auto-adjudication processing. Prepares reports to coincide with claim imports and check runs.

Applicants must live in one of the following states to be considered: Colorado, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Arkansas.

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities):

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or a Health Profession, or equivalent (additional four years) combination of education and work experience in healthcare, preferably in an HMO setting.
  • Four years' experience which may include statistical analysis in measurement, report design, and auditing production.
  • Optional minimum two years of experience with SQL- writing SQL statements, select queries and update statements.
  • Minimum two years Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Work, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in the Health Care Industry (health care delivery) required.

Salary Range: $85,000 to $100,000 Annually, dependent on experience
