Position Overview:

Support and assist the U.S., Canadian, and South American network with client orders, concerns, and inquiries. The ideal candidate will fully embrace Goyard’s values of heritage, family and excellence in all aspects of their work.


Role and Responsibilities:

Sales

Fluency in Product knowledge, workflows, and brand values

Accurate execution in order creation, payment collection, and order completion

Responsible for all product and order related inquiries

Proper transfer of VIC or limited-edition order requests to the proper boutiques


Customer Service

Responsible for resolving all US retail client related issues in an efficient and professional manner via phone or email

Handle all clients’ phone or email inquiries. Provide them with the necessary information.

Understand and follow Goyard retail policy and procedures

Partner with boutiques and/or third-party vendors on finding the best solution to client’s requests and/or issues

Work closely with after sales service department on pricing and status of client repairs

Liaison for all boutiques between clients and repair and marquage workshops

Lead ongoing proactive communication with internal and external business partners to prevent and/or solve issues

Team up with retail management and corporate departments to ensure an amazing client experience

Build strong relationship with internal and external business partners

Provide timely and accurate reports to management

Maintain clear and up to date documents for reference

Any other duties and special projects as assigned


CRM

Execute CRM strategies in partnership with global headquarters and US retail team

Collaborate with boutiques on clientele (customized client lists)


Position Requirements:

Flexibility in commute (within New York City)

Must have schedule availability Monday through Saturday from 8am – 9pm

Strong communication skills

Articulate and professional writer

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in luxury retail industry

Proficient with POS reporting systems, Microsoft Word, and Salesforce (a plus)

Ability to develop effective partnerships within the team and organization

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to remain level-headed and calm under pressure

Able to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment

Must be a team player
