Position Duties
This position also serves as the Choral Director for the Northeastern Middle School
Develop and articulate a compelling artistic vision for the concert choir, selecting a diverse and challenging repertoire that enhances students' vocal skills and musical appreciation.
Lead the choir in rehearsals and performances, providing expert instruction in vocal technique, musicianship, and ensemble cohesion.
Develop and implement effective rehearsal strategies that maximize productivity and artistic excellence.
Offer individualized coaching and mentorship to students, fostering their vocal skills, musicality, and confidence.
Organize and direct multiple performances throughout the academic year, including concerts, competitions, and community events.
Ensure all performances are of the highest quality, showcasing the talents and progress of the choir.
