The award-winning in-house agency team for PepsiCo Foods, affectionately called D3, is hiring again! We are growing rapidly with a dynamic team that includes Creative, Account Service, Strategy, Ops, Production, Social, Digital, Cause, and Partnership experts providing full-service creative agency work for the PepsiCo Foods North American portfolio.
The D3 team is a full-service creative agency that supports the PepsiCo Foods North America business, working on iconic brands like Lay’s, Doritos, Tostitos, Smartfood, Cap’n Crunch and Quaker (to name just a few!).
Concepting and Partnerships Art Director will be a craft focused creative thinker to elevate ideation, storytelling and the visual sell-in of ideas in collaboration with the Creative teams. This role will also support partnerships across brands to ideate strategic partnerships and create visuals that aid in the sell-in of ideas that drive business growth and/or brand equity.
This role will be a key supporter of partnerships, Annual Operating Plans, culture bombs, big ideas, and campaign and consumer engagement projects across PFUS brands.
Responsibilities
Support concepting and partnerships with creative visuals and sell-in material
Concept in collaboration with Concept lead and creative teams on big ideas
Stay on the pulse of innovation and culture, trends, etc. With quarterly trend reports
Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts on assigned brands
Research and understand the client's needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings
Craft original looks and designs across a range of media
Collaborate with a team of account managers and creative staff from concept development to stakeholder sell-in
Present concepts and final deliverables to internal team, and to client representative as needed, and participate in client pitches on occasion
Revise designs based on internal and client feedback/direction
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of communication and industry trends
Compensation and Benefit Details:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,300 - $111,000 based on a full-time schedule.
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree required. Concentration in Advertising, Graphic Design, or related discipline preferred
Minimum 2-3 years professional art direction experience with solid portfolio of work
Design background in art direction or graphic design
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times
Strong layout and comping skills
Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat Pro and Creative Cloud
Ability to master established brand style guides
A strong pulse on trends and culture
Team mentality
Strong presenting ability and storytelling capacity
Ability to demonstrate creative thinking outside the box
Exhibits excellent collaboration skills
