Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Director of Proteomics to ensure experimental setups align with analytical objectives, fostering high-quality data analysis.
Partner with the VP of Software Engineering to develop bespoke data analysis pipelines, facilitating the creation of client-facing reports and visualizations.
Proactively assess client needs, championing solution development efforts to meet evolving requirements effectively.
Manage multiple client projects concurrently, providing regular updates on progress and adhering to project deadlines.
Stay abreast of industry advancements, ensuring clients benefit from cutting-edge analytical methodologies.
Essential Criteria:
Hold a PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related discipline, accompanied by a distinguished academic and professional track record.
3+ YOE within computational biology or bioinformatics roles in the life sciences sector, with a specific focus on proteomics data analysis.
Proficiency in Python and analysis tools such as Proteome Discoverer, Biopharmafinder, Spectronaut, DIA-NN, and MaxQuant is essential.
Familiarity with implementing machine learning algorithms for proteomic data analysis is highly desirable.
Display comprehensive knowledge of proteomics techniques, workflows, and data formats, coupled with a natural curiosity and aptitude for rapid skill acquisition.
