This is a role well suited to an ambitious engineer, looking for the next step in their career. As a Mechanical engineer, you will be responsible to:
Design electromechanical test fixtures to assist test operations and assembly
Test new or existing products in the development cycle to characterize performance
Develop and revise test protocols, test reports, assembly procedures, and work instructions
Assist in parts ordering, parts receiving, inspection, documentation, building and integrating the medical robots such as cable assemblies, motors, PCBs, and mechanical subsystems
Support the R&D group in the conceptualization and application of new technologies
Help in building, troubleshooting, maintaining, upgrading, and documenting electromechanical and robotic systems as well as test setups

Hands-on experience in assembly, and troubleshooting of electromechanical systems
Demonstrated CAD (SolidWorks) proficiency
Experience with LabView, MATLAB, Simulink
Inquisitive and detail oriented
Self-motivated, organized, able to multitask, and comfortable with aggressive deadlines
Proficient in using MS Office, in particular Excel and Word
Required qualifications to have for the success of this role
Mechanical engineering or Mechatronics major. Other majors with Robotics concentration will be considered
High GPA is highly desired
