The Compliance Specialist is responsible for leading and/or assisting in multiple functions pertaining to vendor approval, insurance renewals, COIs, and business licenses.

What You’ll Do….

  • Process and manage licensing applications and renewals
  • Maintain accurate records of licenses and certifications
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits, inspections, and renewals
  • Provide administrative support to executives on related matters
  • Conduct research on licensing requirements and regulations
  • Responsible for ensuring proper tracking of all compliance items within the Company’s project management software
  • Identify and implement processes to maximize efficiency
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
  • Assess, manage and mitigate risks
  • Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
  • Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
  • Work with our operating teams to monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand

What you’ll need…

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Minimum of two years’ experience related to insurance renewals, COIs, or business licenses
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with varying deadlines and priorities
  • Adept with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
