Essential Functions

• Responsible for compliance loan-level reviews of active, closed, and adverse loan files.
• Responsible for social media compliance reviews.
• Conduct vendor compliance reviews.
• Monitor and track compliance-related data, such as consumer complaints and opt-out requests.
• Remain current on all state, and federal guidelines and mortgage lending regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of compliance experience related to the mortgage industry
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience with Encompass software
• Knowledge of and responsibility for compliance with state and federal mortgage related laws, as applicable to mortgage loan origination
