The Compliance Manager with Change Management Experience will be responsible for overseeing and managing the compliance programs within the financial institution. This role will ensure that the organization adheres to all relevant regulations and standards while effectively managing and implementing change management processes to support compliance initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs to ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance risks and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update company policies and procedures accordingly.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters.
  • Prepare and submit required compliance reports to regulatory authorities.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support the implementation of compliance programs and policies.
  • Develop and execute change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Assess the impact of changes on the organization and its employees and develop strategies to mitigate any negative effects.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and make adjustments as needed.
  • Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive approach to risk management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of compliance activities and change management processes.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on the status of compliance programs and change management initiatives.
  • Ensure all compliance-related documentation is easily accessible and well-organized.
  • Manage and mentor a team of compliance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of compliance and change management activities.
  • Foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CRCM, CAMS) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance management within the financial sector, with a strong background in change management.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including those specific to the financial industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing compliance programs and change management initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address compliance risks.
  • Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
