We are partnered with an up-and-coming health and wellness center in Wyoming to add a Healthcare Compliance Officer to the team. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for building out the compliance program and serving as the Privacy Officer. Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement compliance program, designing policies for the clinic

-Conduct internal audits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

-Oversees third-party audits & serves as HIPAA officer


Requirements:

-JD required

-5+ years' experience in healthcare compliance including Medicare/Medicaid and healthcare regulation knowledge

-Healthcare compliance certification preferred (CHC, HCCA, etc)

-Must reside in Wyoming or be willing to relocate
