Role Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that AiPrise and our clients meet all regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of compliance, both in the US and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and review compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks.
Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
Stay current with changes in regulations and industry standards.
Provide guidance and support to internal teams and clients on compliance-related issues.
Prepare and present compliance reports to management.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance across all areas of the business.
Handle compliance-related inquiries and investigations.
Assist in training and educating employees on compliance matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in the KYC/KYB domain.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Proficiency in compliance software and tools is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS, CRCM) are desirable but not required.
