The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for providing professional and administrative support by analyzing and organizing disputes and inquiries from various sources such as mail, e-mail and voicemail. This is a remote opportunity but the candidate must be based in Burlingame, CA.

Job Description
Analyzing and organizing a high volume of disputes and inquiries.
Review and identify all data received and log all information in a timely manner.
Research legal data and review court records.
Create and submit internal reports and external reports to clients.
Collaborate with other departments, managers and colleagues to implement and support initiatives.
Qualifications
Adept at maintaining and prioritizing a high workload efficiently to effectively manage daily tasks.
Strong analytical and logical mindset.
Able to organize, interpret, communicate and administer.
Able to handle correspondence from multiple sources.
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Organization skills, attention to details and ability to multi-task
Excellent written and verbal communication
MS Office Experience (Word, Excel, Outlook)
