Job Summary
The Compliance Analyst as a part of the Governance, Risk and Compliance team will support and assist with the development and management of organization-wide data privacy strategy and compliance framework.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner cross functionally to draft, maintain, and enforce company policies and standards
- Assist with regulatory analysis and interpretation
- Liaison with external auditors and internal stakeholders for successful competition of the annual SOC 2 attestation engagement
- Assist in managing privacy-related inquiries and privacy rights (data subject) requests
- Assist with internal audits and scanning of cookies and other tracking technologies
- Conduct, review, and document privacy impact assessments (PIAs) / data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) in accordance with privacy best practices.
- Assist in due diligence and management of vendors and subprocessors, including review and analysis of data categories being processed, relevant activities, sensitivity of activities, agreements, diligence and compliance documentation, location of processing, and TIAs/PIAs
- Assist with the development of corporate cybersecurity and data privacy training materials
- Experience supporting privacy compliance in a technical environment
- Experience in AI-related privacy issues
Skill And Educational Requirements
- 2+ years of compliance experience
- CISA, CIPP certification a plus
- Experience with OneTrust GRC solutions preferred
- Knowledge of data protection regulatory requirements
- High level of personal integrity, with the ability to professionally handle confidential matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, that reflect an appropriate level of judgment and maturity.
