Our large crypto company is looking for a contract Compliance Analyst. This is a remote contract position.

Contract Duration: 10-Months

Required Skills & Experience

  • Working knowledge of U.S. and International AML laws, regulations, and guidelines (e.g., BSA, 5MLD, etc...).
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience preferably in financial services, technology or quality & training.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with G Suite applications, Excel, Word.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meeting the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast paced organization, including working across time zones.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities

  • Escalation point for questions arising during enhanced due diligence reviews conducted by the immediate team on newly onboarded (institutional) customers, existing customers triggering for EDD and during Periodic Reviews.
  • Operationalizing and standardizing Compliance’s Enhanced Due Diligence policies and procedures and ensuring adherence to US and International regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to streamline processes to empower our (Customer Experience (CX)/IOS) team. This role involves enhancing relationships, gathering feedback, and optimizing CX operations to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Working closely with Audit and Compliance Monitoring & Testing teams to ensure controls and procedures are being adhered to and implementing appropriate updates where gaps are identified.
  • Communicating with internal and external partners in an effective, organized, and insightful manner.
  • Utilizing an in-depth understanding of workflows in order to analyze and report on trends, issues, and quality defects.
