Job Description


We’re looking for a Compliance Analyst (to work with our elevance team) with experience overseeing Independent Contractors, as well as familiar with EOR/AOR best practices. The ideal candidate will come from the human capital industry, and have a thorough understanding of SOW projects and their implementations.


In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our working IC's are compliant, and anticipate any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities


SOW Contract Management:

  • Develop and maintain contract templates in collaboration with Legal.
  • MSA and SOW templates
  • Templates for eTeam AOR use in US and internationally - all countries in scope (150+ tbd)
  • Templates for eTeam SOW Master Vendor use in US and internationally - all countries in scope (150+ tbd)


SOW Implementation:

  • Lead SOWICC implementation of new accounts (AOR & SOW)
  • Participate / lead discovery sessions
  • Conduct current client state assessments
  • Design SOW solutions
  • Workflows, technology configurations
  • Alignment with client environment, policies and procedures
  • Incorporate customer flow-down requirements
  • Deploy custom MSA / SOW template for customer account
  • Develop SOP for SOW operations
  • Train client users, and internals Ops teams


SOW Ops Support:

  • Support transactional SOW needs for active SOWICC accounts
  • develop / prepare, review, respond to redlines
  • Collaborate with Legal and Client for template updates / revisions
  • Maintain account contract inventories
  • IC / AOR engagements
  • C2C SOW engagements
  • Provide Tier 2 SOW support for client end users, supplier end users, internal Ops


Build and Maintain Global IC Compliance Capabilities:

  • Build global IC compliance model (“ICC Rules”)
  • Research and document country-specific classification, tax, contracting criteria for freelancers
  • Validate findings with Legal / outside counsel, as appropriate
  • Operationalize findings into screening process and implementation requirements
  • Maintain US and global compliance model
  • Conduct periodic research and Legal reviews to ensure changes to ICC Rules (i.e. country-specific criteria) are identified.
  • Revise ICC Rules are revised with updates.
  • Communicate changes to Ops / eTeam and facilitate updates to account plans and SOPs.
  • Develop / Edit eTeam Compliance Newsletter
  • Author, gather, edit periodic articles / blogs providing updates to IC classification criteria.
  • Incorporate into eTeam Compliance Newsletter to be developed and shared regularly with customers.


elevance Product Development:

  • Build and manage to elevance Product Plan for ongoing elevance development and enhancements
  • Serve as business analyst for development of elevance
  • Convert ICC Rules (including updates) to database, development and configuration requirements
  • Simplify US ICC Rules as they currently reside in elevance.
  • Collaborate with Totam to integrate as much data sharing as reasonably possible.
  • Support development of elevance product strategy and plan.


AOR / ICC Implementation:

  • Participate / lead discovery sessions
  • Conduct current client state assessments
  • Design standard AOR / ICC solutions, customize for accounts as necessary
  • Alignment with client environment, policies and procedures
  • Incorporate customer flow-down requirements
  • Deploy custom MSA / SOW template for customer account
  • Develop SOP for AOR operations

The ideal candidate will have:


  • 5+ combined years working in compliance within the workforce solutions industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent collaboration and team-building skills
  • Organized and methodical; strong prioritization and attention to detail
  • Strong process orientation coupled with an ability to work with virtual team
