Complex Director of Food and Beverage

Brand new Hotel!! Cloudland Lookout Mountain, Curio Collection by Hilton. We are searching for an experienced Director of Food & Beverage with a proven track record of success to lead the food and beverage teams for the Cloudland, an amazing new mountain top hotel. Resort and golf experience are preferred. Join us at The Cloudland !

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must have previous experience overseeing multiple outlets as a Food & Beverage Manager or Director at an upscale resort, club, or high volume hotel
• New restaurant opening background is a plus!
• Bar, wine and up-to-date menu knowledge
• Strong organizational skills
• Business acumen with experience in ordering, pricing and cost control
• Expert in training, coaching and developing teams at all levels
• High standards for food and beverage excellence and the guest experience
