Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the following workflows:

• Conferences and Events: Plan, organize, and execute events that foster community engagement and brand awareness.
• MagicSchool AI Pioneer Program: Lead and grow our ambassador program, encouraging educators to share the magic of MagicSchool with their peers.
• Social Media Marketing/Campaigns: Create and manage social media content and campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
  
  

Your effectiveness in this role will be measured by:

• Brand Awareness/Love: Enhancing the recognition and affection for MagicSchool.
• Lead Generation: Increasing the number of leads through effective community engagement.
• Community Engagement: Building and maintaining a highly engaged and loving community.
• Online Engagement: Driving views, traffic, and activity on social media platforms.
• Event Participation: Ensuring strong representation and engagement at in-person events, including spotlighting our community members in presentations, sessions, and media.
• Strong Social Media Presence: Demonstrated presence on social media engaging with educators and the EdTech community.
• Ambassador Program Activity: Maintaining an active and enthusiastic group of ambassadors through our MagicSchool Pioneers program.

Experience

For this role, you will bring:

• 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in managing social media and community engagement for an EdTech platform beloved by teachers.

Compensation Range: $80K - $100K
