Community Sales Team reporting to Vice President of Sales

Lead the charge in transforming membership sales and retention with the dynamic role of the Community Sales Manager! This role is responsible for providing a focused structure for a strategically aligned, proactive membership sales team. They will be responsible for growing new and recurring membership revenue through strategic sales activities and retention efforts.
This role will provide and communicate quarterly sales goals for the team and report against those goals to the VP of Sales. Additionally, this role will ensure we are maximizing the use of Hubspot for sales pipeline, reporting, and marketing and look for new ways to optimize sales process efficiency.
Requirements
What you will do...
Create & execute strategies to increase revenue through new membership sales, retention, and upsell to other Capital Factory engagement opportunities
Meet and exceed sales revenue targets for Memberships & Office space
Responsible for overseeing sales budget & forecasting exercises alongside VP of Sales
Produce accurate sales reporting in finance monthly finance meetings
Manage one Member Coordinator and hold them responsible for the achievement of occupancy and retention
Require memberships use of Hubspot for better engagement within the member ecosystem, with a process built within Hubspot for retention and upselling
Develop membership sales & retention KPIs and provide consistent reporting to VP of Sales
Work cross-functionally with Community, Venture, Events, and Sponsorships to maximize value creation, participation and product sales
Provide a premium experience to visitors of Capital Factory and ensure we fill the space with the best startups and community partners in Texas

About You...
You always maintain an accurate pipeline in the CRM and use it extensively to prioritize your activities. Ideally, you've used a CRM before
You are a ball juggler and love it when a day flies by because you were so busy interacting with interesting startup founders
You understand this is a sales-related position that comes with inconsistency of earnings that are directly related to meeting and exceeding your objectives. That excites you much more than stresses you out, because of the upside potential it offers
You are outgoing and can talk to just about anyone
You are a documentor. You make lists and spreadsheets
You are a problem solver. You look for ways to make things work better and how to turn chaos into systems
You are organized and plan ahead, but you don't get stressed out when things change at the last minute... because they will. You roll with it
You check your email in the evenings and are available to work during evening events and over the weekends when there is a tight deadline. You do what it takes to get the job done
You have a reliable laptop computer & smartphone that you are comfortable using for work
You plan to stay in Texas and commit to this position for 2+ years
