We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Community Partnerships Program Facilitators. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of girls in your community. About the Role As a Community Partnerships Program Facilitator in Middletown, RI, you will play a crucial role in facilitating programs for girls who meet weekly in school and community center settings. You will prepare and lead fun, hands-on activities designed to empower girls, boost their self-esteem, and develop their leadership skills. GSSNE will provide you with the necessary training, program curriculum, and materials to succeed in this role. Responsibilities Attend all program trainings Adhere to lesson plans using materials provided by GSSNE Facilitate programs at assigned program sites Maintain accurate program records, including achievements and attendance rosters Communicate clearly with the Program Manager regarding plans, activities, and tasks Foster the growth of girls of courage, confidence, and character who contribute to making the world a better place Ensure the health and safety of the girls in the group Coordinate and communicate with program site staff Travel to local program sites at schools, community centers, etc. Be responsible for all borrowed program-related supplies and materials Qualifications High School Diploma 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred Attend GSSNE orientation and training Experience working with children preferred Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must have reliable transportation Attend GSSNE orientation and training Schedule This is a part-time role. Your schedule will be based on your availability and the program site schedule. Each facilitator will coordinate their schedule with the Program Manager. Compensation $16 per hour.
