THE ROLE:

The Community Partnerships Manager will be responsible for managing the partnerships and sales efforts in assigned counties and focus areas within Oregon. Building and maintaining strong relationships with community partners as well as customers will be integral. The CPL will achieve their objectives through effective execution on sales goals.

  • Drive community engagement and referrals in designated counties through targeted strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with the Community Partnerships Director to develop and execute flexible sales plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with County and Private Brokerage partners, delivering timely updates on programs and services
  • Implement diverse sales and connection activities to actively involve the community and enhance brand visibility
  • Monitor sales metrics, providing insightful reports to optimize resource allocation and strategic decision-making
  • Identify and leverage alternative channel partnerships and community events to foster business growth and brand awareness
  • Ensure alignment between sales initiatives and operational realities through collaboration with leadership
  • Facilitate individual customer visits, contributing to caregiver identification and relationship management efforts


This position will primarily be remote within Oregon, with occasional field visits for referrals.
