The Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies to increase awareness of our Urgent Care services in the community. This position will work closely with community leaders, businesses, and other organizations to build relationships and promote our services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute outreach plans to increase awareness of our urgent care services in the community
Create and deliver presentations to community groups and organizations
Write and distribute press releases and other marketing materials
Develop and maintain relationships with community leaders and influencers
Attend community events and represent our organization
Track and measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in community outreach or marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent public speaking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
