Community Manager

Job description: The community manager is the key link between the MUDGIRL brand and its community, ensuring consistent and engaging communication. This role involves fostering a positive relationship with the audience, understanding their needs and feedback, and effectively conveying the brand's message and values. The community manager not only moderates and interacts on various social media platforms but also develops strategies to enhance community engagement and brand loyalty. They stay attuned to the latest trends and innovations in social media and marketing to keep the community vibrant and engaged.

1. Content management (Publication calendar and management of MUDGIRL social media and any other new project)
2. Moderation on all our social networks (IG, FB, TikTok) - Responding to all comments and private messages
3. Community engagement on the various platforms of our events 
4. IG stories during race day
5. Participation in the company's marketing strategies.
6. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, culture, technology, and marketing.
7. Participation in events (setup, event management, and takedown)

Job Conditions:

1. Primarily remote work: You will primarily work remotely, with travel required to attend our MUDGIRL events.
2. Permanent and full-time position: This is a permanent, full-time position offering stability and growth opportunities within the company.
3. Salary: The compensation for this position is $40,000 per year.
