The Community Facilitator will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community members, organizing events and activities, and promoting community engagement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for community building.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement community engagement strategies
Organize and facilitate community events and activities
Build and maintain relationships with community members, stakeholders, and partners
Collaborate with local organizations and businesses to promote community development
Provide support and resources to community members
Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of community engagement efforts
Develop and maintain a community calendar of events and activities
Manage social media accounts and other communication channels to promote community engagement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in community development, social work, or a related field
Experience in community organizing, event planning, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
