Assignment: Facilitate opportunities for the empowerment and quality of life improvements for inner-city neighborhood residents through needs assessment, achievement planning/case management process and coaching. Will be required to attend community meetings and make home visits.
Educational Background & Related Experience:
Trauma-informed, Social Work, Public Health, or Education. Demonstrated, successful experience in assignment critical.
Personal Qualities: Capacity to listen, foster trusting relationships with neighborhood residents; develop collaborative relations with education and service providers. Must be dependable, available, organized and a team player. Effective communications and time management skills critical.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Some evenings & weekends may be required.
Compensation: $65,000 plus benefits
