Skills/Qualifications:
Proven experience in community engagement, outreach, or related fields
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective community interaction
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
Organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple engagement initiatives
Passionate about community development and fostering positive change
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, or a related field preferred but not required
