Essential Responsibilities
Process lease applications (new and renewals) to include collecting and properly filing documents and ensuring accuracy of data collected in our property management system (onesite).
Provides administrative, operational, and managerial support to the Community Director and team.
Address the concerns of current and prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner.
Build and foster positive relationships with prospective residents to ensure a high level of service, timely and complete resolution of concerns, excellent communications, and continuous improvement in services for the community.
Address the concerns of current and prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner.
Tours and leases apartments as necessary.
Inspecting apartments during move-in and move outs, walking apartments and the community as needed.
Requirements
A minimum of 1-year experience in Property Management at an apartment community is required
OneSite experience is preferred
Attendance and punctuality is essential for success in this position
Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as required
Must be reliable and able to take charge in absence of manager
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation
