Communications Specialist

A global biotechnology company is looking to hire a contract Communications Specialist!

Location: Boca Raton, FL / Hybrid 3 days a week onsite

Pay: $40-50/hourly depending on experinece

Contract: 1 year

Responsibilities:

• Researches, develops, plans, designs, maintains, and implements policies and programs that enhance the organization’s relations with the community, the public, government, and regulatory authorities, shareholders, and employees.
• Delivers Communication through various media.
• Coordinates dissemination of the organizations with new or trade media contacts, through special events, public speaking or other means to reach defined audiences and meet specific program objectives.
• Responsible for preparing training classes, leading training activities, and assessing student performance.
• Responsible for developing and delivering organizational change management surveys, information, training, and coaching.

Must be available to work in Boca Raton, FL Training Site location at least 3 days per week. Some travel to other sites may be required 25-50% of the time. The specifics can be discussed during the interview process.
