Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Communications Specialist to join our new & dynamic Offshore Business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing all aspects of company’s brand identity and communication strategies. The candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content, coordinating communication efforts, and ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels. This role involves both internal and external communications and requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of branding principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the company's media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement for various platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, and internal communications.
Liaise with media and handle requests for interviews, statements, etc.
Develop and implement strategic media relations programs to achieve significant increases in positive exposures of Hanwha Ocean Offshore
Produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and presentations, using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant software and third parties.
Collaborate with PR functional organization under Hanwha Group and functional team from overseas to upgrade the quality of product, align the protocol with Hanwha Group’s guideline and achieve better internal/external relations/goals.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication/brand marketing strategies and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Conduct market research and analysis related to Offshore Business (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, Operation and Maintenance, Finance, HR, etc.) to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, communication strategy, and content creation
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field preferred
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and other relevant software
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Adept in a fast-paced environment, and is pro-active, strong in detail, and highly organized.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making.
Willingness to travel to Europe and Asia as needed.
