Summary: Apex Systems is partnering with an Enterprise Tech client to hire a Communications Specialist is to work remotely on W2 contract.
Purpose of the Team: The team has a new charter and they are creating and executing customer enablement / engagement programs. Multi-customer round-tables that are organized for Customer Experience leadership team and leads to accelerate consumption. This year they are moving forward with creating and executing customer engagement.
Key projects: They have various communications that need to go to account teams about the program and the actual customers inviting them to the round tables. They also have the various program overview PowerPoint content as well. Written word docs via E-mail and/or the customers as well as PowerPoint docs about the program.
Typical task breakdown: 15-20% meetings, the rest is heads down / writing content
Years of Experience Required: 7+ overall years of experience in the field
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred
Someone who has customer facing experience and sales enablement experience and who understands the communication to various audiences and has actually worked and created content for both the field and customers
Excellent written communications skills (sales enablement content or writing customer-facing content, recognized for their written communication skills as well as cross-team collaboration)

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ensuring timely, creative and accurate dissemination of news, multimedia content and information
• Create a variety of content for platforms, ensuring quality, accuracy and effective storytelling that aligns with corporate messaging
• Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
• Works closely with Client's Product corporate sales team to write and finalize monthly and annual press release.
