Serve as a leader in the organization, taking ownership and responsibility for the success of SCP’s work internally and externally
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience:
At least four years of work experience with evidence of a proven track record of results
Minimum of three years developing brand and communications strategies and leading creative projects/initiatives
Experience serving as the lead contact for creative communications projects, including designing, organizing, planning, executing, and crisis management
At least two years in a mission-driven organization committed to education, equity, and/or justice
Experience facilitating high-stakes meetings with stakeholders to co-create strategy and content
Proven track record of decision-making and judgment in mission-driven work
Skill Sets:
Creative, innovative, and strategic thinker
Compelling and influential communicator across various mediums
Strong organizational and planning skills, including project plans and timeline management
Strong relationship-building and partner collaboration
Ability to manage multiple priorities and partners in a fast-paced environment
