About the Team

You’ll be part of the WSI Associate Communication and Engagement team responsible for providing communications, engagement and recognition programs across the company.

Working across our pillars of Employer Branding, Product and Company, Culture, Wellbeing, Recognition, Equity and Inclusion and Giving Back, our purpose is to ensure WSI associates are connected, informed, engaged, and have a positive associate experience as they build their career home with WSI.

About The Role

The Associate Communication and Engagement Coordinator is responsible for supporting and enabling all activities across the team, which supports all WSI associates in Corporate and Brand roles, globally. It involves administrative support, analysis, communication and activities to support all of our communication and engagement activities.

The ideal candidate is a people person who is passionate about connecting people and an agile learner who enjoys working at pace on multiple priorities and projects. You’ll be skilled in Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PPT, Adobe, SharePoint) with creative skills to design high quality visuals and video content. You’ll have excellent project management skills along with planning, prioritizing and organizing tasks and deliverable.

Co-ordinate administration for the team, working across a variety of topics and projects

Key Tasks Include

Analyzing Employer Brand data for trends, provide insights and follow up actions

Analyzing communication data (email, SharePoint data etc) to review engagement and participation, making recommendations as required

Manage the WSI Corporate Communication schedule for all events and communications

Administer Programs for associate recognition and service

Update associate facing SharePoint sites and digital screens

Administer volunteer, inclusion, and engagement events – in person and online

Create communication digital content e.g. video, creative banners, and communications messaging

Essential Functions And Experience

Minimum 1-2 years working in an HR/Communications Function; commensurate experience in an internship or college coursework acceptable

Excellent planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organization skills.

Proven ability to perform effectively in a rapid changing environment.

Strong communication skills, including verbal and written.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to see the big picture

Problem solving skills, a flexible work style and adaptable to change

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

Highly developed interpersonal skills and project management are critical to this position.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time

Ability to type on a keyboard and operate a PC

Ability to converse over a telephone

Ability to transport materials or equipment or lifting, moving, carrying objects up to 50 pounds on a limited basis

Ability to work in office and perform in corporate environment

The expected starting pay range for this position is $60,000- $70,000 anually. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
