Job Description:

Tribeca Outsourcing is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team in Orlando, FL. As a Communications Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping and conveying our brand message both internally and externally. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external communications.
  • Create and distribute content including press releases, social media posts, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Monitor media coverage and manage media inquiries.
  • Organize and manage events, including preparing presentations and promotional materials.
  • Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within a corporate setting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with graphic design software and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
