This Is Voice is seeking an articulate and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external communications to enhance our brand image and ensure clear, consistent messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage communication strategies and plans.
Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, press releases, website content, and other marketing materials.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and create cohesive messaging.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness.
Monitor media coverage and respond to inquiries from the public, media, and other organizations.
Assist in the organization of promotional events, press conferences, and other communications activities.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in a communications role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of digital marketing and communication tools.
