We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency, and enhancing our organization's public image. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other media representatives. Prepare and pitch stories to the media to secure coverage.
Social Media Management: Oversee the organization’s social media accounts, create engaging content, monitor social media trends, and respond to inquiries and comments.
Internal Communications: Assist in creating and distributing internal communications, such as employee newsletters, announcements, and memos to ensure staff is informed and engaged.
Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate events, including press conferences, media briefings, and other public relations activities.
Brand Management: Ensure all communications are consistent with the organization's brand guidelines and messaging.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns, using data to drive improvements.
