The Role?
We are looking for a Commercialization Manager to join the OUAI team! This role will report to the Senior Director of Operations. This position will be critical in supporting the Operations and cross functional teams.

What You'll Do:
The Commercialization Manager role is responsible for end-to-end management of new product launches and reformulations ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and on budget. This individual will coordinate and lead all operational aspects of Commercialization to support strategic initiatives.
To succeed in this role, the individual should be highly collaborative, highly organized, and skilled in Microsoft Project with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Establish and manage new product development (NPD) project timelines (OTC, Kits, Body/EDT/EDP, Size Extensions, Sampling, Merch & Collabs)
Execute new product launches by driving overall project milestones with cross-functional teams
Ensure on time product launches by partnering closely with all cross-functional departments including Product Development, Packaging Development, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Brand, Sales & Planning
Facilitate Stagegate routings and approvals
Proactively identify, escalate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical issues as they arise including developing plans to correct missed deliverables and/or cost targets
Participate in bi-weekly Commercialization meeting to ensure launches remain on track
Conduct meetings as needed to address any urgent issues, including leading "messy meetings" to escalate and resolve urgent issues
Lead individual project calls with co-manufacturers, Product Development and Operations teams to ensure milestones are agreed upon and achieved
Maintain Change Tracker and lead monthly Change Control review meeting

Bachelor's degree highly preferred
4+ years' experience & demonstrated success in project management
In-depth knowledge of new product development life cycle including Operations, Product Development and Package Development
Advanced proficiency in MS Project
Knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
Experience of personal care/beauty industry a plus
Highly collaborative, working cross-functionally across multiple disciplines
Extremely detail-oriented with excellent problem solving skills and a strong sense of urgency
Strong communication skills; written, oral and inter-personal
Effective organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, negotiate, and problem solve
Benefits
Annual Base Salary Range is $90,000 - $100,000k (based on experience) + Bonus
