Job Description: The Commercial Truck Manager will oversee all aspects of our commercial truck sales operations. This role involves managing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, building relationships with key clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial truck sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the commercial truck sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and business partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure the sales team is knowledgeable about the latest products and technologies.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure the availability of high-demand vehicles.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to optimize financing and leasing options for customers.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Organize and participate in sales events and promotional activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Truck Manager or similar role in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial trucks and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.
