Our client is seeking highly skilled and experienced sales professionals who desire to learn the healthcare real estate industry. Responsibilities

  • Negotiate on behalf of healthcare providers’ best interests in their commercial real estate transactions
  • Evaluate commercial properties, locations, and developments
  • Negotiate terms and deal structures
  • Analyze transaction costs, purchase vs. lease scenarios, etc.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities


Qualifications

  • Must have commercial real estate experience or sales experience
  • Experience in healthcare sales is a plus (Medical sales, dental sales, pharmaceutical sales, medical supplies sales, medical device sales, etc.)
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success
  • Excellent communication skills: written, orally, and when presenting to a group
  • Integrity, people skills, work ethic, attention to detail, and winning mentality
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks


Location

  • Remote
  • One week training program will be held in Denver, Colorado. All expenses will be paid for by the company (travel, food, and lodging)
