Responsibilities
Negotiate on behalf of healthcare providers’ best interests in their commercial real estate transactions
Evaluate commercial properties, locations, and developments
Negotiate terms and deal structures
Analyze transaction costs, purchase vs. lease scenarios, etc.
Build and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities
Qualifications
Must have commercial real estate experience or sales experience
Experience in healthcare sales is a plus (Medical sales, dental sales, pharmaceutical sales, medical supplies sales, medical device sales, etc.)
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success
Excellent communication skills: written, orally, and when presenting to a group
Integrity, people skills, work ethic, attention to detail, and winning mentality
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Location
Remote
One week training program will be held in Denver, Colorado. All expenses will be paid for by the company (travel, food, and lodging)
