Atlas is seeking to hire an experienced CRE mortgage broker. The loan originator will be responsible for bringing in leads and clients. Underwriting and closing support are offered. Applicable deal sizes are approximately $2M-$100M+. Asset types are multifamily, land, retail, industrial, hotel, self storage, mobile home and RV parks, SF subdivisions, and more. This is a remote position based in the United States.
Responsibilities
The loan originator will source deal flow nationwide. Experience is required for this role. Atlas will provide full support with underwriting metrics and strategies, as well as full lender placement support with our preferred nationwide lender networks.
Qualifications
Industry experience with mortgage brokerage, underwriting, or loan originations history.
