Associate Advisor – Commercial Real Estate Sales

SVN / Parke Group is expanding, and we are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial and focused individual to join our commercial real estate advisory / sales team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Some college, entrepreneurial, military, or alternative education experience preferred
  • 1-3 years of sales experience preferred
  • An Indiana real estate broker license (or willingness to obtain it within three months of joining our team)

Your Purpose and Essential Duties:

You will become a vital part of the SVN/Parke Group brokerage team by training to specialize in a specific asset class / property group. You will work side-by-side with and support our senior brokerage team during your onboarding process and throughout the first three (3) phases of your timeline to success (see below). You will provide support in the following areas: market and property-level research; prospecting new client relationships; preparing broker price opinions (BPOs), staying up to date on industry and market trends; content creation; leading property tours; assisting in other client-related transactions; attending networking events; and other tasks as directed.

Compensation: This is a professional, commission-only opportunity. Compensation is limited only by your desire to learn and commit to the SVN system/process.
