Commercial Real Estate Broker

MH Pro Group (MHPG) is currently accepting applications for a highly selective Broker role on our Manufactured Housing & RV Communities team focusing on the Southeastern region. While prior experience in the commercial real estate space is not explicitly required, it is highly encouraged. Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, 2+ years of prior sales experience, and a background focused in the housing sector (multi-family, single family residential land acquisition, residential real estate brokerage, multifamily property management, etc.). While the ability to quickly analyze deals at a high level is an extremely important aspect of our business, we feel that the most important attribute of a successful broker is the ability to quickly foster strong relationships with their clients. Desired Skills & Expertise:

·      2+ years of sales experience

·      Commercial real estate underwriting experience utilizing Microsoft excel.

·      Experience working within the housing sector preferred (i.e., multi-family, single family residential land acquisition, residential real estate brokerage, multi-family property management, etc.).

·      NC, SC, GA, TN, or AL real estate salesperson license (or ability to obtain license quickly.
