Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Broker with 2 - 4 years of experience. The Commercial Real Estate Broker will be responsible for lease negotiations, brokerage, tenant representation, sales, and commercial real estate. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to assisting clients with real estate transactions and providing expert advice and guidance.
Qualifications
Experience in lease negotiations, brokerage, tenant representation, and commercial real estate
Strong sales skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is preferred
