Commercial Real Estate Analyst

Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Commercial Real Estate Analyst for our client in the renewable energy sector. Join a leading company in Austin, Texas, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing landowner payments and supporting real estate activities for onshore renewable projects including wind, solar, battery, and hybrid developments. Leverage your expertise to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments while collaborating closely with various internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the processing of landowner payments accurately and timely, ensuring adherence to verification processes.
• Assist in data entry and maintain data integrity of land management software to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with VP Real Estate on post-NTP outstanding development real estate activities.
• Support Construction/Asset Management PMs in amending lease agreements and updating ownership directives.
• Facilitate landowner payment hand off meetings to Asset Management.
• Process executed site control documents, option notices, amendments, terminations, easements, estoppels, and affidavits.
• Assign site control tasks to the development team in land management software.
• Ensure all forms and draft real estate agreements have necessary project approvals prior to execution by landowners.
• Support regulatory and property tax reporting requirements related to real estate.
• Manage outside contractors in preparing and recording real estate documents.
• Foster strong and positive landowner relationships through effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience in real estate, preferably within renewable energy projects.
• Ability to understand legal documents and real estate contracts.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software and project management tools.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with GIS and land management database systems is a plus.
